I used to look in the mirror, upon rising. There I saw a beautiful young girl, staring back at me. Until one day, I looked and saw a white hair woman staring back at me. I wonder where the years went.

I have been literally shaking since I read your comment on Mike Firesmith's post about rape in prison. Calling rape "sex" is like calling an axe-murderer a woodsman. Just because it's the same tool, that doesn't make it the same thing. Please understand that.
And for what it's worth, my husband spent a month in jail in 2006 because someone pressed bogus charges against him which should have been addressed in civil court, not criminal court. He was cleared of charges, but he should not have been there in the first place. Yes, he was "guilty of something" but what he was guilty of did not make him a criminal. He failed to fulfill a contract because the customer didn't understand the delay and contracted someone else, and then did not think my husband should be compensated for work he had already performed and product provided prior to that so he took it out of her deposit. Had he been raped in prison by a guard, would that have been just a wrong place, wrong time scenario?
Our justice system is seriously flawed, and to assume someone is guilty is erroneous.
